During the exhibition there will be different roles that will need to be fulfilled by various people during the day. You will have an opportunity to have a go at a couple of these roles during the exhibition. There will be a timetable below that organisers what time each role will be from to.

The Knowledge Bank

3 students
Your role will be to give out and mark booklets that are returned to you. Students, parents and other visitors will have the option of trying to complete an exhibition booklet. When they have finished they will return these to you for marking. Class booklets will be saved for later and returned to each class the following week.

V-Tour Team

2 students
Every 45 minutes a virtual tour that takes 15 - 20 minutes will be run. One student will act as host showing projects, interviewing people and generally introducing the exhibition. The other student will be camera person holding a laptop.

Journalists

2 students
Photographer - record the exhibition. Think about your photos, we want interesting photos that show learning, presentations, engagement and action. Be creative!
Videos - record the exhibition. Think about your videos, we want interesting video that show learning, presentations, engagement and action. Be creative!

Guides

3 students
Meet people at the door. Walk them through the process and take them to the knowledge bank table. Discuss what we did, mention about some of the interesting thing people can see at the exhibition. If there are no people at the door, walk around the exhibition engaging with our visitors. Ask them if they need help, share interesting facts ask the younger students questions.

Bloggers

3 students
Upload videos, captions and reflections to the grade 5 exhibition blog. Upload a new photo every 5 minutes (with caption). A video should be uploaded every 15/20 minutes. Photos and videos will be provided by the journalists.
Run the reflection center. Parents and other visitors will be invited to type in their reflections for us. These will be uploaded to our exhibition blog under visitors reflections. Visitors should type into text edit and then you will upload onto the site.
